well established and here for you
Meet The Team
Over the last twenty years I’ve had the opportunity to find the best people to help you and I as we prepare and work to ensure a smooth transaction and move. These are the folks that I think are the best. That said, you’re welcome to use your friend or aunt, if you’d prefer!
Katelyn’s role is to help you get the most for your house and to find your dream home!
For the last seven years, Katelyn has been working at the Royal Bank. Her passion is building great relationships with clients and helping them achieve their goals and aspirations in life.
I manage day-to-day tasks and background operations handling issues related to customer service, marketing, and day-to-day inquiries.
I graduated from the Alberta University of the Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree (BFA) in Jewellery and Metals. I love being creative, making jewellery, paddle boarding and annoying my family with constant complaints about how slow internet is or bragging about my Uncle Ted (Don’t get me started.)
My role is to help you to prepare and stage your home for sale!
I am passionate about helping homeowners create an environment that feels inviting, spacious, and highlights their home’s unique characteristics. Using my knowledge of Interior Design, I help you strategically arrange your home to appeal to prospective buyers and create a positive first impression.
My professional training is from Mount Royal University here in Calgary, and I graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Interior Design (BAID) in 2013. Now, as a mom of two boys, I enjoy the flexibility and freedom of working casually from home. We spend many weekends as a family exploring new hikes and trails, and when I can find a quiet moment, I love to work on my fine art and embroidery. I’m very quiet and passive, unless you don’t believe my boys are the cutest. In that case I’ll fight you.
With a degree in finance and 12 years in the mortgage industry, I have become well trained in solving problems. I have 5 Years’ experience at a major bank, 7 Years’ experience as a mortgage broker. In that time, I have been involved in approval of over $100 million worth of mortgages!
I’m also a seminar speaker and educator, speaking on the First Time Home Buyer process, Credit tips and tricks, Understanding mortgage features, Investing in Real
Estate, And more…
Scott’s honest and calm approach to the job probably stems from his joy of being a Dad to his 4 young kids. His favorite meal in the world is Froot Loops (with almond milk, because after all, he is a health nut.)
I have been passionate about creating and editing videos since I was 10 years old. Pete is my dad and my boss. (He is a better dad than a boss, let me tell you!) I am very fond of my wee Smart car, and hope to one day make enough money that I can get it running again.
Bill has been selected as external Alberta counsel for Bank of Montreal. He is also approved to act for all well-known Canadian banks and financial institutions. Bill acts as the sole legal counsellor to several residential home builders, and for real estate brokerage companies.
Bill derives enjoyment from, acting for young people starting out with their first home purchases, and in acting for several generations of the same families as well as acting for small businesspeople.
Bill has been a lawyer since Pete was around 5 years old. (He loves to be reminded of that, BTW.)
